Job Title – Mobile Gas Engineer

They are seeking a Mobile Gas Engineer to join the Regional Mobile Support team, providing gas competency services to internal and external clients within the south/south east London region.

The company offers a Total Facilities Management (TFM) solution, delivering planned and reactive M&E services with a focus on ensuring 100% uptime of critical building infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Current ACS/Corgi/Gas Safe qualification in Commercial and Domestic Gas.
• Experience with gas appliances and the mechanical aspects of general building PPM schedules and reactive works.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on boilers and associated plant, including reactive maintenance and emergency works, in accordance with contractual requirements.
2. Support additional M&E works within your technical competencies and contractual obligations.
3. Undertake project works and minor turnkey projects related to boiler plant and equipment.
4. Provide detailed reports on maintenance and service activities.
