Job summary

CBRE, Inc. is seeking an experienced Gas Engineer to complete maintenance and reactive repairs on gas equipment and plant on site. The role involves statutory inspections, annual maintenance, and ensuring all gas certifications are up to date across the group.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience in a similar role, with hands-on experience on large commercial boilers and direct-fired AHUs. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Completing Statutory inspection of gas appliances on site and associated plant
• Complete reactive repairs on gas appliances on site and associated plant
• Overseeing Annual maintenance of Gas Network across the group
• Annual auditing of Gas maintenance of all site venues on contract
• Ensure all gas certification is up to date
• Assist on other jobs within skill set around site as needed
• Ensure a professional image of CBRE is presented to clients and visitors, and ensure excellence in customer service is delivered and promoted at all times.

• 5-10 Years Experience in a similar Role
• Experience on working on large commercial boilers
• Experience on work on Direct fired AHU's
