Position: Mobile Gas Engineer

Location/Region: This is a field-based, mobile position covering Edinburgh and surrounding regions.

Postcodes Covered: EH, KY, TD

This role involves working with high street retailers & banks for the TS-Mobile division.

Salary: £30,744 up to £50,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to perform maintenance and repair on client sites, including fabric & electrical tasks, ensuring compliance with legislative standards. Responsibilities include completing PPM and Reactive tasks, paperwork, statutory and mandatory tasks, certification, and remedial works.

The role requires reactive and emergency tasks, using handheld technology, and being on a call-out rota for out-of-hours support. The candidate should proactively source additional work opportunities, monitor subcontractors, and manage permits and small works.

Qualifications include City & Guilds Level II/III or equivalent in relevant disciplines. Experience in maintenance, testing, fault finding on boilers, ventilation, pumps, generators, switchgear, cables, batteries, small power, and lighting is essential. A valid driving license is required.
