Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a Mobile Forklift Engineer to cover Maidstone and surrounding areas. You will service, maintain and repair diesel, gas and electric forklift trucks, with manufacturer training and a company van provided. Overtime is unlimited and a bonus scheme is in place to boost earnings.
The role offers a strong basic salary and the opportunity to develop your skills while working across varied environments in the materials handling sector.
Competenze
- Experience as a forklift engineer or similar engineering role.
- NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in engineering (preferred, but not essential).
- A full UK driving licence.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- A reliable, customer-focused approach to work.
Mansioni
- Servicing and maintaining diesel, gas and electric forklift trucks.
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs.
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults.
- Completing repairs efficiently and to a high standard.
- Ensuring equipment is safe and compliant with relevant standards.
