Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional Product Designer experience crafting web applications, dashboards, or data-intensive B2B software.
• Advanced mastery of Figma, including auto-layout, interactive components, design tokens, responsive layouts, and prototyping.
• End-to-end UX/UI craft from discovery to developer handoff with pixel-perfect visuals.
• Ability to simplify dense, multi-step workflows into clear user journeys.
• Excellent English communication to align with product and engineering peers.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive product experiences in Figma for new capabilities and core workflow enhancements.
• Translate complex data flows and market analytics into human-centric interfaces for web and terminal platforms.
• Evolve and leverage Atlas design system to maintain visual consistency and usability.
• Define 3–6 month product design visions: user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Validate designs through research and feedback, iterating on interaction details and edge cases.
• Collaborate with engineers and product stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
