Job summary

Kpler is seeking a Product Designer to shape how global decision-makers interact with energy, maritime, and commodity trade intelligence. In a cross-functional squad, you will craft end-to-end journeys, turn complex data workflows into elegant interfaces, and champion design quality across web and terminal platforms using Figma and Atlas.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional Product Designer experience crafting web apps, complex dashboards, or data-intensive B2B software products.
• Advanced mastery of Figma including auto-layout, interactive components, design tokens, responsive layouts and prototyping.
• End-to-end UX/UI craft from discovery and user flow mapping to pixel-perfect visual design and developer handoff.
• Strong ability to simplify dense, multi-step workflows into clear, frictionless user journeys.
• Excellent English communication to align with product and engineering peers.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive product experiences: conceptualize, prototype, and deliver user-centered design solutions in Figma for new product capabilities and core workflow enhancements.
• Translate complex data into clear interfaces: distill intricate data flows, geospatial mapping tools, and market analytics into simple, human-centric interfaces.
• Evolve and leverage Atlas design system to maintain visual consistency, component quality, and usability standards.
• Craft 3–6 month product design visions: partner with PMs and Eng leads to define user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Validate designs through research and feedback: gather user input, analyze interactions, iterate on details and edge-case behaviors.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: work with engineers and product stakeholders to ensure design intent in production.
