Job summary

Vincere is seeking a Fire and Security Engineer to cover Reading, Basingstoke and surrounding areas. The role involves maintaining Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, CCTV, Intruder and Access systems, while upholding safety standards and service levels.

You'll work on a mobile basis with a 1 in 4 callout rota, training provided, and a clear path for progression within a growing company offering a competitive salary and pension.

Qualifications

• Experience in fire and security industry; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Undertake Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, CCTV, Intruder, and Access Maintenance.
• Represent the company professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Deliver maintenance works on site within SLA and timescales.
• Coordinate with Service Team to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
• Attend standby rota and respond to corrective calls.
