Mitie is seeking a Multi Skilled Technician to provide field-based facilities support across client sites in the Midlands on the Department for Transport contract. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems, including tests, fire safety tasks, and building fabric repairs, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

The role requires NVQ/City & Guilds in a relevant trade, knowledge of SFG20, health and safety compliance, and a proactive approach.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ/City & Guilds in electrical, plumbing or mechanical required.
• Knowledge of SFG20 job plans and safety requirements in commercial buildings.
• Proactive, can-do attitude with ability to complete tasks on time.
• Full UK driving licence and good communication skills are essential.

Aufgaben

• Perform Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment, including tests and routine checks.
• Carry out plumbing tasks and general maintenance to support mobile engineers.
• Prioritise work within contract constraints and communicate progress to helpdesk and supervisor.
