Dematic is seeking a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our engineering team on a permanent basis. This role covers breakdown support across UK customer sites and occasional scheduled service work, focusing on mechanical and electrical equipment within automated systems.

Travel to various sites is required; a company van and tools are provided. The position supports a mobile engineering team with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and customer service.

Qualifications

• 5 years in warehouse automation or related engineering environments.
• Electrical qualified and capable of servicing mechanical/electrical equipment.
• Full UK driving licence due to travel requirements.

Responsabilités

• Undertake scheduled repairs per manufacturer and industry standard practices.
• Perform emergency repairs as required.
• Carry out occasional scheduled service work.
• Accurately record all work performed.
• Provide 24/7 on-call emergency support.
• Comply with Health & Safety legislation at all times.
• Ensure output quality and professional representation of the company.
• Ensure correct equipment/tools are carried for the role.
• Adhere to company quality processes and procedures.
• Identify continuous improvement and sales opportunities.
