Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited has a Field Service Engineer (Mechanical) role based in Tewkesbury. The role involves installing, servicing and repairing automotive recycling equipment across the UK and Ireland, with 95% field-based travel and weekly stock collection from the office.

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical engineering background with hydraulic knowledge and hold a full UK driving licence. A four-day work week, company van, fuel card, training and other benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Background in mechanical field-based engineering.
• Good hydraulic knowledge.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical recycling equipment.
• Diagnose faults across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
• Travel to sites across the UK and Ireland.
• Attend office once a week to collect stock.
• Work Monday to Thursday, 7:30–17:30.
