Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Field Service Technician (Mechanical / Hydraulic) in Cheltenham. The role is 95% field based, travelling to sites across the UK and Ireland to install, service and repair automotive recycling equipment.

A full UK driving license is required, and training will be provided. This family-run manufacturer offers excellent training, door-to-door pay, a company van, fuel card, overtime, bonuses and regular travel across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in a field-based engineering position.
• Strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain and repair automotive recycling equipment across sites.
• Diagnose faults across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
• Travelling to sites across the UK and Ireland; travel required across the region.
