Job summary

Kemp Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join a growing team covering Manchester and surrounding areas. You will service, maintain and repair customer-site equipment, focusing on hydraulics, electrical and mechanical systems.

The role is fully field-based with a company van, overtime opportunities, pension and generous annual leave. Overtime paid at 1.5x; door-to-door pay; training and development available.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service or mobile engineering
• Hands-on hydraulics and electrical systems
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Carrying out scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults
• Completing LOLER inspections and related maintenance
• Attending customer sites for reactive repairs
• Managing your own field-based territory and working independently
• Completing service reports and documentation
• Collaborating with customers to maintain equipment to high standards
• Parts delivered to you or the customer site as required
