Job summary

McCormick & Company is seeking a Field Support Merchandiser to cover Norfolk, Suffolk and surrounding areas. This full-time, permanent role offers 40 hours per week, a company van for work (with personal use allowed) and a fuel card.

Key duties include developing store relationships with Tesco, ASDA and Morrisons, ensuring product availability, delivering stock daily, maintaining store records, and supporting other McCormick brands.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license (essential) and right to work in the UK.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to work unsupervised and manage own time to meet deadlines.
• Willing to stay away from home when required (accommodation and meals covered).
• Positive “can-do” attitude managing relationships and expectations in stores.
• Previous merchandising, retail or hospitality experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage store contact relationships within major supermarkets.
• Use technology to maintain availability and record in-store execution.
• Collect and deliver stock daily to ensure 100% shelf availability.
• Maintain store records including inventory.
• Support other McCormick brands when required.
