Job summary

Vertas is seeking a Mobile Caretaker to join our Facilities Team in South Derbyshire. The role is 18.5 hours per week across Monday to Friday, with shifts 07:00–10:00 and 15:00–19:00, providing high-quality caretaking, maintenance and cleaning services.

The candidate should have strong customer service, be a Team player, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. DBS checks and safeguarding compliance are required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in caretaking or similar settings preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Team player with a proactive approach to tasks.
