Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Mobile Fabric Engineer to carry out PPM and reactive fabric maintenance across multiple sites in North-West London.

You will perform carpentry, plumbing, painting, plastering and general fabric repairs, with ongoing training and clear progression opportunities. A full UK driving licence and UK passport are required for security clearance.

Qualifications

• Fabric/Handyperson/General trades maintenance background.
• Full UK driving licence.
• UK passport due to security clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and reactive building fabric maintenance across multiple sites.
• Complete basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, plastering and general fabric repairs.
