Job summary

Randstad CPE in London is recruiting a Mobile Fabric Maintenance Engineer to deliver high-quality PPM and reactive fabric repairs across a diverse portfolio of commercial, corporate, and public sector properties in North West London.

The role covers locksmithing and hardware maintenance, window/tile/flooring remediation, and general fabric upkeep, with focus on safety, stock control, and mobile operations, working a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Proven mobile fabric maintenance experience across multi-site portfolios.
• Hands-on experience with lock hardware, digital locks, and door furniture.
• Strong tiling, carpentry, and plastering skills.
• Solid understanding of statutory fabric PPM regimes and fire door standards.

Responsibilities

• Specialist locksmithing, security hardware & door maintenance across client premises.
• Window repairs, tiling, flooring remediation and high-finish renovations.
• General fabric PPMs such as painting, decorating, and life-safety checks.
• Vehicle, stock management and adherence to safety policies.
