Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting for a Mobile Fabric Engineer to cover a Kent portfolio on a full-time basis. The role includes typical fabric maintenance tasks and operating on a commercial site with a standard 40-hour week.

The package includes a basic salary of £34,000, travel time up to £4,000, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a company van, private pension and private healthcare. On-call 1 in 6 with substantial overtime potential.

Qualifications

• Level 1 or 2 in plumbing or fabric trade.
• Able to obtain a PTS (Personal Track Safety) sentinel card.
• Sound level of administration and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Emergency lighting and fire alarm tests.
• Painting and decorating.
• Basic lighting tasks.
• Basic carpentry and plumbing.
• Fixing furniture and fittings.
• Hanging pictures and shelves.
• Maintain and update log books.
• Assist the maintenance team on site.
• Escort sub-contractors.

Mobile Fabric Engineer - Commercial Portfolio - Kent - up to £34,000 per annum + Travel time & Package

CBW is currently recruiting for an established Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work across a commercial contract in the Kent area (Dartford, UK ? Gravesend, UK ? Kent, UK ? Maidstone, UK ? Rochester, UK ? Sidcup, UK ? Swanley) for a leading FM Service Provider In return, the company is offering a competitive salary, further training, and career progression.

Package

• Basic Salary of £34,000
• Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm - 40 hour week
• Paid travel time up to £4,000 per annum

• To undertake basic “Fabric duties” which would include touching up paintwork, tightening hinges, install/repair blinds, changing locks , making minor repairs to cabinets, desks, and putting together small equipment like chairs etc.
