• Carry out general fabric maintenance and repair tasks across a portfolio of 15-20 office buildings

• Basic painting, patching, and decorating work

• Minor door, window, and lock repairs

• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety requirements

• Provide a friendly and professional service to office users and management

• Work independently and manage your time effectively

• Take part in overtime opportunities as required (no call-out rota)
