Job summary

Clarion Housing Group in London is seeking an Estate Services Mobile Operative to support the Estate Services Team. You will bring caretaking and grounds maintenance experience to carry out deep cleans using machinery and to operate company vehicles across the estates.

Responsibilities include loading a rapid bulk refuse collection vehicle, collecting bulk refuse, maintaining safety and professional communication with residents and colleagues, and traveling across the region as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in caretaking and grounds maintenance.
• Full valid UK manual driving licence.
• Ability to travel across the region.
• Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
• Eligibility to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Carry out deep cleans using machinery (pressure washers, floor scrubbers) on estates.
• Operate vehicles and equipment for the Estates Services Team.
• Load rapid bulk refuse collection vehicle and collect bulk refuse.
• Provide courteous, professional support to residents and staff.
• Maintain safety practices in daily activities.
