Service Care Solutions are recruiting a Caretaker for the Brent area, working a 36-hour week on a temporary/ongoing basis. The role focuses on ensuring property cleanliness meets standards across council estates and involves duties such as window cleaning, jet washing, litter picking and deep cleaning of communal areas.

The position requires a Full UK Driving Licence as you will be driving between locations within the Borough.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required as the role involves driving between locations.
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clean housing properties to mandated standards across council estates.
• Carry out window cleaning, jet washing and litter picking.
• Carry out deep cleans of communal areas.
• Drive a light vehicle to sites as required and ensure vehicle safety.
