Platform Housing Group is seeking an Environmental Caretaker to remove bulk refuse and maintain clean, safe, and secure estates in Solihull and surrounding areas. The role is mobile, starts/finishes at the Birmingham Business Park Depot, and requires a valid driving licence.

Join a team delivering high standards of property care, with use of an iPad for logging repairs and safety checks, and a structured 40-hour week Monday–Friday with no weekends.

Formación

• Experience in customer-focused cleaning/caretaking roles.
• Flexible, proactive, team player.
• Keen eye for detail and high standards.
• Proficient with IT tasks on a tablet/portal.

Responsabilidades

• Remove bulk refuse from estates, blocks, schemes and void properties.
• Travel to sites across Solihull and surrounding areas using 3.5 tonne vans; driving licence essential.
• Log repairs and health & safety checks via an iPad portal.
