Job summary

Mitie Group plc. seeks an Engineering Supervisor to support the Compliance Manager in delivering operational management across the Midlands portfolio of DfT facilities.

You will lead the mobile engineering resource across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with service delivery obligations and KPI performance, while supporting P&L management and contract governance. You will require BS 7671, City & Guilds/NVQ mechanical/electrical qualifications, and experience managing remote teams.

Qualifications

• BS 7671-18th edition is required.
• City & Guilds/NVQ mechanical or electrical qualifications.
• Experience managing remote engineering teams in multi-site settings.

Responsibilities

• Support the Compliance Manager in service delivery across the geographical area.
• Manage the mobile engineering team and allocate resources with succession plans.
• Be the first point of contact for the engineering team and provide support.
• Ensure activities comply with H&S, QA, Environment & Sustainability and employment law.
• Carry out site and engineer audits and keep logbooks accurate.
• Travel as required with a full UK driving licence.
