Job summary

Trust in SODA is looking for an Engineering Manager to own our flagship customer-facing mobile application and guide a growing mobile team.

You will lead React Native and native iOS/Android work, mentor engineers, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver scalable mobile features. The role also involves driving the shift from external consultants to a permanent, high-performing mobile function.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mobile engineering background with React Native and native iOS/Android.
• Proven experience leading and scaling teams in large environments.
• Strong ability to translate roadmap requirements into scalable mobile features.
• Excellent communication to manage demand and stakeholder dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and mentor a squad of 6–8 engineers, establishing high engineering standards and a collaborative culture.
• Provide leadership across React Native and native mobile ecosystems (iOS/Android).
• Navigate complex enterprise stakeholder environments to translate digital roadmap requirements into scalable mobile features.
• Lead the transition from third-party consultancy to a permanent engineering function.
