Job summary

EPAM Systems in London is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager – Mobile to lead the design, development and delivery of iOS/Swift or Android/Kotlin solutions across multiple teams in a hybrid London setting.

You will provide technical leadership, code reviews and architecture guidance to ensure high-quality, scalable mobile applications and reliable releases to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, while fostering a high-performing engineering culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 10–20+ engineers leadership experience in a complex tech org.
• Experience delivering multiple production mobile apps to end users.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver production mobile app features for iOS and Android.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, design discussions and architecture decisions.
