Job summary

Teya is building a financial platform for local businesses across Europe. We’re hiring a Mobile Software Engineer to empower merchants by delivering cross‑platform apps using Kotlin Multiplatform, integrating payments APIs, and ensuring secure, scalable solutions.

You will work in an agile team, contribute to architecture decisions, mentor peers, and ship features that improve offline capabilities, notifications, localization, and the overall user experience for European merchants.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Kotlin Multiplatform development experience.
• Strong mobile development background (Android/iOS).
• Experience building SDKs/libraries consumed by other developers.
• Understanding of payments, NFC, and financial tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop cross-platform mobile apps using Kotlin; write clean, secure code.
• Collaborate with design/product teams; align tech with business goals.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, frameworks, and tool evaluation.
• Mentor teammates; promote automation and best practices.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and CI/CD improvements.
