The client:
Interaction Technical has partnered with a growing, market-leading dealer of Agricultural Engineering Equipment based in Gloucestershire. To support their expanding engineering team, they are looking to hire an electromechanical field engineer in and around Cirencester to maintain, repair, and service agricultural machinery.

The Duties:

1. Accurately diagnose faults, service, and carry out emergency repairs/breakdowns on agricultural machinery (tractors, combiners, bailers, etc.)
2. Travel to customer sites to ensure machinery is maintained and repaired to high standards
3. Perform diagnostics to identify mechanical and electrical faults on agricultural and horticultural machinery
4. Work independently on customer sites and collaborate with colleagues to ensure proper documentation and solutions
5. Work on engines, batteries, hydraulics, and perform mechanical and electrical fault finding and repairs
6. Liaise with clients to diagnose faults and provide solutions

The Requirements:

• Previous experience with hydraulics, mechanical, and electrical capabilities (essential)
• Experience in the agricultural industry (advantageous)
• Electrical and/or mechanical fault finding, repair, and service experience (advantageous)
• Experience working with engines and batteries (advantageous)
• Relevant qualifications such as NVQ or City and Guilds in mechanical/electrical engineering (advantageous)
• Full UK Drivers License
