Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Mobile Engineer to deliver planned and reactive building fabric maintenance across London sites. The role combines hands-on trades work with digital reporting using CAFM systems and mobile devices, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong multi-trade background, recognized trade qualifications, and a valid UK driving licence. A company vehicle and fuel card are provided, along with 25 days leave and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial or industrial building fabric maintenance.
• Trade qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds) in electrical, gas, carpentry, painting, or related field.
• Strong multi-trade background (electric, plumbing, gas).
• Full UK Driving Licence for mobile roles.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive building fabric maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve issues including roofing, door hardware, locks, and window repairs.
• Execute carpentry, painting, plastering, tiling, and minor plumbing.
• Ensure all works comply with Health & Safety regulations and contractual SLAs.
• Accurately track and report work using mobile devices and CAFM systems.
