Job summary

Prestige Recruitment Specialists is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Field Team Assessor to visit apprentices at their Hull, Grimsby, or Scunthorpe work environments, assessing progress toward Level 3/4 standards.

The role is mobile and requires travel across local training sites with full UK driving duties. They offer extensive training and a strong benefits package, including development sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Strong electro-mechanical skills with relevant trade qualifications at Level 3 or above.
• Proven track record in an industrial, engineering, or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities for young learners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular workplace site visits to assess apprentices’ practical skills and knowledge.
• Review and audit learner portfolios against apprenticeship standards.
• Provide constructive feedback to help apprentices develop technical capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal training teams and employer supervisors to ensure progress.
• Maintain accurate progress records and compliant tracking.
