Job summary

Bibby Line Group is seeking a skilled Mobile Electrician to join our Field Maintenance team in Reading. The role involves hands-on electrical work across welfare units and site equipment, with a focus on safety, reliability, and timely deployments.

You will perform electrical repairs, testing and inspection, site installations, and maintenance of hybrid and solar systems. Qualifications include NVQ Level 3, JIB Gold Card, 18th Edition, and 2391/2394/2395 testing credentials; experience in fault

Qualifications

• Fully qualified electrician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• 18th Edition wiring regs certification.
• Testing & inspection qualifications (2391/2394/2395).
• Experience with electrical fault finding and repair.

Responsibilities

• Electrical repairs across our fleet of welfare units and site equipment.
• Electrical testing & inspection to ensure compliance and safety.
• Site installations, including temporary power setups.
• Hybrid and solar system maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
• General plumbing tasks, such as basic pipework and fault fixes.
• Supporting welfare product operations, ensuring equipment is safe, reliable, and ready for deployment.
