Construkt RS is seeking a Mobile Electrician (Gold Card) to support London, Essex and the South East with regular UK travel. You will perform reactive maintenance, fault finding, installations and EICRs across offices, retail sites and healthcare environments.

Mobile Electrician – Gold Card

Salary: £42,000–£48,000 basic

Earning potential: Up to £60,000 with overtime and travel time

Location: London and the South East, with occasional UK travel

A well-established electrical contractor is looking for an experienced Gold Card Electrician to join its growing mobile team.

This is a varied commercial role covering maintenance, fault finding, testing, installations and project work across offices, retail sites, healthcare environments and other commercial premises.

The role will suit an electrician who enjoys working independently, solving problems and being trusted to complete work to a high standard.

The role

You will work across London, Essex and the wider South East, with occasional projects elsewhere in the UK.

The position involves regular travel, changing locations and occasional early starts, longer days, night work, weekend work and overnight stays. Overtime, callout work, travel time and accommodation when working away are paid.

Your duties will include:

• Reactive maintenance, repairs and fault finding
• Commercial installations and small works
• EICRs, inspection and testing
• Emergency lighting testing, repairs and upgrades
• Supporting junior electricians when required

Requirements
