Job summary

4Site Recruitment Ltd. is actively seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician for Thames Water projects across West London, Thames Valley and surrounding areas.

You will perform installation and maintenance on electrical control systems, pump systems, containment, and installation works while maintaining safety and high-quality standards. Key duties include electrical installations to BS7671, SWA and conduit work, testing and fault finding, and commissioning of LV control systems.

Qualifications

Full UK electrical apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification.
ECS Gold Card or Gold CSCS Electrician as proof of competency.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations knowledge and compliance.
Experience with industrial or commercial installations essential.
Experience with SWA, containment and conduit works preferred.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Electrical installation works to BS7671 standards.
Pump maintenance and installation across sites.
SWA cable installation and termination tasks.
Cable tray, trunking and metal conduit installation.
Testing, inspection and fault finding of electrical systems.
Installation and commissioning of low voltage control systems.
Instrumentation works including pressure, flow and level systems.
Complete technical reports and job documentation.
Follow health and safety procedures and site regulations.

The Role

Looking for an experienced Commercial/Industrial Electrician to carry out installation and maintenance works across Thames Water and industrial sites.

You’ll be working on electrical control systems, pump maintenance, containment and installation works while ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
