Job summary

Dalkia is hiring a Mobile Electrical Technician based in Manchester with travel to Salford/Manchester sites. You will perform planned maintenance, fault diagnosis and electrical installation work across facilities management contracts.

The role requires electrical qualifications, experience in building PPM, and the ability to respond to call-outs while maintaining accurate records and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance experience across buildings and PPM.
• Experience diagnosing and rectifying faults and testing electrical installations.
• Evidence of safe working practices and relevant health and safety training.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled electrical PPM to maximise reliability of plant and systems.
• Diagnose and rectify faults in lighting, distribution and controls for HVAC equipment.
• Respond to reactive maintenance, call-outs and emergencies, coordinating actions.
• Undertake electrical installation, testing and inspection works with reporting.
• Coordinate subcontractors, communicate with clients, and provide site reports.
• Follow health and safety and QA procedures and maintain maintenance records.
