Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, is seeking a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is based on the South Coast, covering Portsmouth and surrounding areas.

You’ll perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant equipment and building services, conduct fault finding, and support health and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Recognised or time-served apprenticeship in electrical/mechanical maintenance.
• Strong background in manufacturing maintenance and fault finding.
• Experience with three-phase motors, drives and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant equipment and building services.
• Identify risks, update drawings, and improve machinery performance.
• Conduct fault finding and preventative maintenance on various machines.
• Provide technical support on heavy equipment and overhead cranes.
• Work with three-phase systems up to 440V, motors, gearboxes, valves, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Use CAFM systems to manage maintenance tasks.
• Liaise with site services to resolve issues and deputise for the Shift Leader when needed.
• Be available for overtime, including nights and weekends.
