Job summary
Randstad Staffing is seeking a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to cover sites around Reading, UK. The role focuses on electrical maintenance across commercial locations, performing PPMs and reactive repairs on electrical systems to keep operations running smoothly.
The candidate will hold NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation, AM2, and up-to-date 18th Edition knowledge, with a valid UK driving license and willingness to travel between sites. A company van is provided.
Qualifications
- Must hold NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation.
- AM2 certificate and up-to-date 18th Edition knowledge.
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance and repair.
- Valid UK driver’s licence and willingness to travel between sites.
Responsibilities
- Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance on electrical systems.
- Respond to breakdowns and carry out reactive maintenance.
- Undertake minor installations and power/lighting tasks.
- Diagnose faults and ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and report findings.
- Collaborate with team to ensure efficient operations.
