Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Mobile Multi Skilled Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer for our North West Schools Contract, Cheshire. The role is on-site and focuses on building services with a strong electrical bias, requiring hands-on delivery and proactive workload planning to meet client expectations.

The ideal candidate will hold C&G electrical qualifications, have HVAC experience, and be capable of working in a demanding client-facing environment with occasional out-of-hours work.

Qualifications

• C&G Level 2 and 3 Diploma Electrical Installation (Or Equivalent).
• C&G 2360 Parts 1 & 2 (Test & Inspection cert preferred).
• 18th edition. Strong Electrical & HVAC experience.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Electrical PPMs and Reactive maintenance.
• Building Services tasks and client-facing duties.
• Work as part of a maintenance team to deliver a great service to the client.
• Electrical fault finding, wiring, emergency lights, power distribution, sockets, circuits, belts/filters, AHU/FCU servicing and basic fabric tasks.
