Job summary

VIVO Defence Services is seeking an Installation Engineer to deliver contractual obligations across multiple MoD sites, ensuring compliance with JSP375 and Safe Systems of Work. The role involves risk assessments, technical support to site teams and supply chain partners, and driving safety and compliance across operations.

Candidates must hold a Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification, preferably AP tickets, a full UK driving license, and be eligible for SC Clearance.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Level 3 Electrical Engineer; AP tickets in Electrical or Mechanical preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assess the competence of skilled personnel and produce Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• Provide technical support to site teams, supply chain partners, and end users.
• Support project work, reduce corrective actions, and help MoD achieve carbon reduction targets.
• Provide advice on MOD Safe Systems of Work and liaise with stakeholders; ensure maintenance and operational procedures meet high standards.
• Supervise Skilled Persons, ensuring training and safe operation across sites.
