Job summary

Cambridge Maintenance Services is hiring a Mobile Electrical Engineer to work within their Electrical services department in the Bristol region. This role involves electrical installation works, conducting condition reports, and emergency lighting inspections.

You will ensure compliance with relevant legislation, communicate effectively with clients, and manage allocated works efficiently. Qualifications required include City & Guilds certifications and a full electrical apprenticeship. A valid driving licence and good communication skills are also essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Electrical Testing and certification requirements within commercial properties.
• Ability to fault find Electrical equipment faults within commercial properties.
• Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Attend Cambridge Maintenance sites to ensure maintenance and repair works are compliant.
• Test and certify electrical installations and minor works.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers and personnel effectively.

Skills

Knowledge of Electrical Installation works

Fault diagnosis on Fire Alarm system

Experience with DALI lighting control systems

Good communication skills

Time management skills

Education

City & Guilds 2391 or 2394 & 2395 Certificate

City & Guilds 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
