Job summary

Trevett Services is recruiting a Mobile Electrical Engineer to cover Bristol and Cardiff. You will handle electrical maintenance on a mixed commercial portfolio, performing fault-finding, small installations and emergency lighting tasks, while being client-facing on a day-to-day basis.

Hours are Mon-Fri 08:00–16:30 with a 1 in 4 call-out. A Level 3 electrical qualification and 18th edition are required, plus at least 18 months in FM roles.

Qualifications

• Level 3 electrical engineering qualification or apprenticeship.
• 18th edition wiring regulations.
• Minimum 18 months experience in a similar FM role.
• Ability to work on a mixed commercial portfolio and be client-facing.

Responsibilities

• Fault-finding and small installations across a mixed commercial portfolio.
• Work on control panels and power distribution systems.
• Lamping, ballast changes and emergency lighting testing/maintenance.
• AHU & FCU maintenance; log all works and manage permits to work (PTWs).
• Review RAMS from subcontractors.
