Wates Group in London is seeking a Hands-on Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer to perform electrical repairs, small works and maintenance across multiple commercial sites. You will operate from Central London with a 08:00–17:00 schedule and no call-out rota, reporting to the Mobile Team Lead.

The role requires NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition regulations, and proven experience in building services maintenance, with strong fault-finding and communication skills. Training and uniform provided.

Formación

• Must be a fully qualified Electrician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) Part 1 & 2 required.
• Experience in commercial building services maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out electrical fault finding, repairs, and small installation works across client sites.
• Perform emergency lighting repairs and testing to meet standards.
• Support wider building services maintenance as needed.
• Record work and asset information via CAFM system (training provided).
• Ensure all work complies with IET BS 7671.
• Diagnose and rectify faults to minimise downtime.
• Communicate with clients and team professionally.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures.
