Job summary

ISS is seeking an electrical and building services engineer to maintain across client properties in the designated region, performing fault finding, repairs, maintenance and installation work. The role requires a proactive professional who ensures health and safety compliance and builds strong client relationships.

The engineer will carry out PPM on electrical systems, respond to reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and support other maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Experience providing electrical and building services engineering maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to carry out repairs, maintenance and installation work.
• Knowledge of safe systems of work and health and safety procedures.
• Experience completing maintenance records and documentation accurately.
• Ability to liaise professionally with clients and resolve maintenance issues.
• Capable of identifying and recommending service improvements.

• Complete maintenance documentation, service records and job reports accurately and on time.

The successful candidate will provide electrical and building services engineering maintenance across a variety of client properties within the designated region, including fault finding, repairs, maintenance and installation work.

Fully qualified Electrician with a Level 3 electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent).

Full driving licence required for this mobile role.
