Job summary

Atlas Workplace Services Limited is recruiting a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to support a portfolio of commercial properties in Central London. You will carry out planned preventive maintenance and minor works, ensuring high standards and timely updates to the client and team.

The role requires an electrical qualification, a full driving license and experience in a multi-site, customer-facing environment. You will use MAXIMO/CAFМ on Android tablets and manage priorities to meet SLAs and safety

Qualifications

• Electrical Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualification or equivalent.
• City & Guilds 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• City & Guilds 2391 Test and Inspect Electrical Qualification or equivalent (Desirable).
• Full Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Portfolio PPM and minor works.
• Ensure client, customer and team are kept in the loop through feedback and updates.
• Produce details of time and materials required for minor works for quoting purposes.
• Ensure safe delivery of Salisbury works and SLA compliance.
• Update MAXIMO on Android tablets and ensure time is accounted for on timesheet.

Mobile Maintenance Engineer

Central London

Up to £52,000 per annum + Company Vehicle + Benefits

We're looking for a skilled and customer-focused Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our team, supporting a portfolio of commercial properties across Newcastle and the surrounding region.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest standards and Salisbury competencies are delivered and demonstrated.
• Deliver Portfolio PPM and minor works.
• Ensure the Client, Customer and Team are 'kept in the loop' through feedback and regular updates
• Contribute to the delivery of a quality service, aiming for 100% satisfaction of the Customer
• Provide technical support, advice and guidance to the Customer and Team
• Ensure best value for money to the Client by ensuring accuracy within the Team by checking resource and materials are suitable to effectively deliver the service
• Report on performance to your Technical Service Manager.
• Ensure safe delivery of all Salisbury works, including those of our service partners
• Produce details of time and materials required for any minor works for quoting purposes.
• Liaise with Account Support, Lead Engineers & Managers, and with Sub-Contractors to deliver work to the highest standard within SLA, as required.
• Build and foster relationships with the Client, Customer, other Salisbury colleagues
• Ensure Maximo system is constantly updated via your issued tablet and that all time is accounted for on the generated timesheet.
• Take ownership of the standard of work delivered ensuring exceptional service to the customer.
• Cover all call out responsibilities out of hours when rostered.

Minimum Qualifications, Certifications and Training required

• Electrical Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualification or equivalent
• City & Guilds BS#removed#th Edition Wiring Regulations
• City & Guilds 2391 Test and Inspect Electrical Qualification or equivalent (Desirable)
• Full Driving License

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience for this role

• Good understanding of modern office software. Experience of working with asset/work management systems such as MAXIMO / CAFM systems on Android tablets.
• 2 years previous experience within similar environment and in particular across area multi sites and multi discipline service delivery.
• 1 years' experience in customer facing outsourcing environment.
• Ability to manage priorities in line with business need.
