Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is hiring a Mobile Electrical Engineer to cover the North East England region. You will perform PPM and reactive maintenance across commercial premises, with some installation work and a proactive, safety‑conscious approach.

Candidates should have NVQ/City & Guilds electrical qualifications, IPAF/PASMA, a full UK driving licence, and experience with building services and CAFM systems. This remote role requires flexibility and client‑facing communication.

  • C&G Level 2 and 3 Diploma Electrical Installation.
  • C&G 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or 2330 Levels 2 & 3.
  • C&G 2391/2394/2395 (18th edition) certificate.
  • IPAF 3a&3b and Pasma qualifications.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out reactive maintenance repairs across buildings.
  • Carry out electrical testing and certificates/documents for works completed.
  • Produce detailed reports and update CAFM system.
  • Assist with call outs and out-of-hours work as required.

Applicants will have Commercial Experience. The applicant would be expected to assist with various reactive and PPM tasks. Some installation work will be expected although the core part of the role is maintenance.The role is predominantly electrical skillset bias of strong multi-skilled background with experience of Building Services.This is a hands-on role and would suit an individual that can work using their own initiative and have a proactive approach to undertake all tasks required. A conscientious and reliable team player and someone that has excellent interpersonal and communication skills due to this being a client facing role.
