Your work will directly impact the comfort and efficiency of our clients' spaces, contributing to JLL's commitment to creating optimal work environments.**What your day-to-day will look like:*** Maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of low voltage electrical systems, including but not limited to lighting, power distribution, fire alarm systems, security systems, emergency lighting, and access control.* Testing and Inspection: Conduct regular testing and inspection of low voltage electrical systems to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and relevant codes. Complete necessary documentation and reports accurately.* Fault Diagnosis and Repair: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve faults in low voltage electrical systems, using appropriate diagnostic tools and techniques. Carry out repairs and replacements as necessary to ensure uninterrupted functionality.* Preventive Maintenance: Carry out planned preventive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime, increase system reliability, and extend the lifespan of low voltage electrical systems. Create and maintain maintenance schedules.* Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures. Comply with electrical regulations, codes, and standards to ensure safety and minimize risks. Report any hazards or incidents promptly.* Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other team members, contractors, and clients to achieve project goals and customer satisfaction. Provide guidance and support to junior team members when required. Documentation and* Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including maintenance logs, inspection reports, work orders, and equipment inventory.
