An exciting opportunity for a Mobile Engineer to join an established Building Services company based in the CR Postcode area.

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a mobile electrical engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a retail contract based in CR Postcodes. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This position is ideal for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer seeking progression. The company offers a competitive salary up to £44,000 with potential career development opportunities.

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (small installations, fault-finding, lamping, etc.)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control panels
• Changing ballast
• BMS system monitoring (hot & cold)
• Carrying out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
• Maintaining and updating log books

Hours of Work & Package

• Basic salary of up to £44,000
• 1 in 4 call-out rota - £15 per day standby allowance
• Monday – Friday, 08:00 am – 17:00 pm
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

• Tablet & work phone provided
• Full company uniform

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical (Essential)
• Gold Card (Essential)
• City & Guilds - 18th Edition (Essential)
• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3
