Happy Days Nurseries Limited is recruiting a Mobile Early Years Professional to support our settings in Truro, Penair, Playbox and Truro City. You will travel within a one-hour commute from home to deliver high-quality early education in line with EYFS.

You will develop specialist expertise in SEND, safeguarding, early language development and wellbeing while providing outstanding care and inclusion across settings.

• Willingness to commute between three Truro nurseries (Penair, Playbox, Truro City).

Salary: £13.21 - £14.75 per hour, exclusive of a 10% mobility allowance

Happy Days Nurseries is offering unique opportunities to be part of our Mobile Workforce - a dynamic team of Educators that will support our settings in Truro; Penair, Playbox and Truro City.

As a Mobile Early Years Professional, you’ll be a vital part of our team, dedicated to ensuring consistent, high-quality education within a safe and secure environment within our nurseries.

You’ll travel to settings within a one-hour commute from your home or base nursery, providing essential cover and support.

As an EarlyYears professional, you'llplay a keyrole in creatinginspiring learningexperiences, championingchildren's developmentand working inpartnership with familiesto provide thevery best startinlife.

You'll work closelywith children, families, colleagues and externalpartners to deliverhigh-quality earlyeducation and carein line withthe EYFS framework, while promoting children'swellbeing, safeguardingand inclusion.

This role alsoprovides opportunitiesto develop specialistexpertise in areassuch as SEND,safeguarding, early languagedevelopment, outdoor learning, behaviour and wellbeing, and coaching, trainingandquality improvement.

Who we are looking for:

Are you an Early Years Professional who:

• Has experience with child development and learning and is committed to children’s emotional and intellectual growth
• Communicates confidently, professionally and works collaboratively
• Works in a way that is inclusive and creates a supportive, respectful environment
• Is reflective and committed to professional growth
• Can easily commute between our three Truro nurseries; Penair, Playbox and Truro City

And a few nice-to-haves:

• Paediatric First Aid certification.
• Experience supporting children with additional needs.
• Familiarity with digital learning journals or nursery software.
