Happy Days Nurseries Limited is recruiting Mobile Early Years Professionals to cover our Farnham, Godalming and Eastleigh settings. The role involves delivering high-quality EYFS education across sites within a circa one-hour commute from home, supporting safeguarding, wellbeing and inclusion.

The position offers full-time/part-time permanent contracts with a mobility allowance and a generous benefits package to support staff wellbeing and development.

Salary: £13.21 - £14.75 per hour, exclusive of a 10% mobility allowance

Happy Days Nurseries is offering unique opportunities to be part of our Mobile Workforce - a dynamic team of Educators that will support our settings in Farnham, Godalming and Eastleigh.

As a Mobile Early Years Professional, you’ll be a vital part of our team, dedicated to ensuring consistent, high-quality education within a safe and secure environment within our nurseries.

You’ll travel to settings within a one-hour commute from your home or base nursery, providing essential cover and support.

As an EarlyYears professional, you'llplay a keyrole in creatinginspiring learningexperiences, championingchildren's developmentand working inpartnership with familiesto provide thevery best startinlife.

You’ll work closelywith children, families, colleagues and externalpartners to deliverhigh-quality earlyeducation and carein line withthe EYFS framework, while promoting children'swellbeing, safeguardingand inclusion.

This role alsoprovides opportunitiesto develop specialistexpertise in areassuch as SEND,safeguarding, early languagedevelopment, outdoor learning, behaviour and wellbeing, and coaching, trainingandquality improvement.
