Happy Days Nurseries is recruiting Mobile Early Years Professionals to support our settings in Farnham, Godalming and Eastleigh. You will travel within a one-hour commute from home to provide essential cover and maintain high-quality EYFS education.

You’ll join a mobile workforce, delivering consistent care, safeguarding and inclusion while developing specialist expertise in SEND, safeguarding, language development and outdoor learning.

Qualifications

• Experience with child development and learning; commitment to children's emotional and intellectual growth
• Confident, professional communication and collaborative work

• Ability to commute between three nurseries: Toddletown Godalming, Toddletown Farnham, Mulberry Corner Eastleigh

Salary: £13.21 - £14.75 per hour, exclusive of a 10% mobility allowance

As a Mobile Early Years Professional, you’ll be a vital part of our team, dedicated to ensuring consistent, high-quality education within a safe and secure environment within our nurseries.

You’ll travel to settings within a one-hour commute from your home or base nursery, providing essential cover and support.

As an EarlyYears professional, you'llplay a keyrole in creatinginspiring learningexperiences, championingchildren's developmentand working inpartnership with familiesto provide thevery best startinlife.

You'll work closelywith children, families, colleagues and externalpartners to deliverhigh-quality earlyeducation and carein line withthe EYFS framework, while promoting children'swellbeing, safeguardingand inclusion.

This role alsoprovides opportunitiesto develop specialistexpertise in areassuch as SEND,safeguarding, early languagedevelopment, outdoor learning, behaviour and wellbeing, and coaching, trainingandquality improvement.

Who we are looking for:

Are you an Early Years Professional who:

• Has experience with child development and learning and is committed to children’s emotional and intellectual growth
• Communicates confidently, professionally and works collaboratively
• Works in a way that is inclusive and creates a supportive, respectful environment
• Is reflective and committed to professional growth
• Can easily commute between three of our nurseries: Toddletown - Godalming, Toddletown - Farnham and Mulberry Corner, Eastleigh

And a few nice-to-haves:

• Paediatric First Aid certification.
• Experience supporting children with additional needs.
• Familiarity with digital learning journals or nursery software.
