Happy Days Nurseries Limited is seeking qualified Early Years professionals to join our nursery team in Boughton Monchelsea near Maidstone. The role focuses on delivering high-quality early education in line with the EYFS, supporting children's development and wellbeing, and working closely with families and colleagues.

We offer flexible contracts (full-time/part-time & permanent), ongoing professional development, and a benefits package including pension and life assurance.

The Role

As an EarlyYears professional, you'llplay a keyrole in creatinginspiring learningexperiences, championingchildren's developmentand working inpartnership with familiesto provide thevery best startinlife.

This role alsoprovides opportunitiesto develop specialistexpertise in areassuch as SEND,safeguarding, early languagedevelopment, outdoor learning, behaviour and wellbeing, and coaching, trainingandquality improvement.
