Qualifications

• Experience with Samsung phone repairs at Level 2.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience handling customer complaints and aftercare.
• Strong liaison with other departments to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the repair journey from intake to completion, ensuring accuracy and speed.
• Diagnose faults and perform Level 2 repairs with a focus on 100% functionality.
• Maintain real-time service tracking against KPI targets.
• Manage stock, parts orders and warranty status checks for devices.
• Log claims in internal systems and handle payments where warranty has expired.
