Job summary

Asda Express At Asda is seeking a Deputy Site Manager to lead with heart and pride, guiding colleagues and delivering a warm, effortless shopping experience for customers. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, uphold high standards, and step in to lead the store when required, while ensuring safety and compliance on shop floor, PFS and forecourt operations.

This full‑time, permanent role is 45 hours per week with a competitive salary and benefits, plus development

• Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a motivated team.
• Help drive sales, high standards and brilliant service.
• Lead the store independently when required.
• Maintain safety and compliance — including PFS and forecourt operations.
• Support colleague development and on‑the‑job coaching.
• Deliver day‑to‑day people management professionally and fairly.
• Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels valued.
